We’re building Ricochet to make sales research and prospecting as streamlined as possible, and that means we need to think about CRM integrations.
What does it do?
This makes sales research and prospecting even more streamlined for Pipedrive users. Now you can:
- Instantly see if a business is already saved to Pipedrive from your browser, when it was last updated and easily access the matched record, and;
- Save new businesses directly to Pipedrive in one click.
How does it work?
If you’re a Pipedrive user, you can integrate in a click via Settings.
Now, when you open Ricochet’s free Chrome extension on any business website, you’ll instantly see whether that business is already in your CRM, and when it was last updated by your team.
If it’s in Pipedrive, you can go straight to that record in a click.
If it isn’t in your Pipedrive CRM, you can add it in a click - a new record will be created, pre-populated with information:
Why is this useful?
Sales teams live inside their CRM, but that’s not necessarily helpful when prospecting - it typically means a lot of flipping between tabs and screens to manually search the CRM.
This new Pipedrive integration saves time and speeds up prospecting, because everything happens in the browser, in a click.
