Who we're looking for

You’ll be working with us to define and release services and features that are meaningful and valued. You’ll manage and execute our product roadmap to ensure our first 1,000 customers love what we do, whether they’re small sales teams or large SMEs.

You should apply if you:

  • Have a minimum of two years experience shipping products in a SaaS/B2B company, or a fast-paced digital agency environment
  • Are familiar with formal software development and management methodologies
  • Can demonstrate experience of capturing requirements, writing user stories, performing testing and user-testing, and handling customer conversations
  • Are capable of prioritising tasks, scoping and defining roadmaps
  • Are comfortable working with a technical and commercial team in an ambiguous, iterative environment
  • Aren’t afraid to challenge us, lead by example, or speak to our customers
  • Can source, analyse and use data to inform product decisions
